Baked honey tomatoes

Ingredients:
8 Tomoatoes, medium
1/2 cupBread crumbs, fresh, coarse
2 tspSalt
2 tspPepper
1 tspTarragon, dried
4 tspHoney
4 tspMargarine
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Slice off stem ends of tomatoes and carefully scrape out seeds.
3Place open side up in buttered baking dish.
4Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and tarragon.
5Drizzle honey over tomatoes, rubbing it down into cavities.
6Sprinkle tomatoes with crumb mixture and dot with butter.
7Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, till tomato skins begin to wrinkle.
8Place under broiler for another 5 minutes or till crumbs begin to brown.
9Serve hot or at room temperature.
