| | Medium Baking Potatoes | | 3
| tbsp | Softened Butter | | 1/2
| cup | Sour Cream | | 1
| tsp | Onion Salt | | 3
| oz | Softened Cream Cheese | | 2
| tbsp | Milk | | | Salt & Pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bake potatoes at 375 degrees until done. | | 2 | Cut slice from top of each potato and scoop out insides. | | 3 | Mash potato insides and mix with sour cream, cream cheese, butter, onion salt, salt, and pepper. | | 4 | Beat until smooth and fluffy. | | 5 | Fill potato shells with mixture. | | 6 | Return to oven and bake 15 minutes or until potatoes are heated through. |
