Ham barbecue sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsCooked Ham, Chopped
1 1/2 cupKetchup
2 tbspCider Vinegar
1 tbspBrown Sugar, Packed
1 tbspPrepared Mustard
1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
8 Frankfurter Rolls
Procedures:
1Combine all of the ingredients, except the frankfurter rolls, in a 2-quart saucepan.
2Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil, then remove from the heat and cover; refrigerate until serving time.
3To grill: place each frankfurter roll on a 10-inch length of heavy-duty foil.
4Fill each roll with about 1/3 cup of the ham mixture.
5Securely wrap each roll into a loose packet.
6Grill 4-inches from grey coals (medium heat).
7Cook for 20 minutes, turning often with tongs
