Ingredients:

| large | Yellow onions, chopped fine | | 2
| tbsp | Bacon drippings | | 1/2
| cup | Chili sauce | | 1/2
| cup | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Chili powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | | -and soaked | | 2
| | Cloves garlic, crushed | | 1/2
| cup | Ketchup | | 1/2
| cup | Cider vinegar | | 1/2
| tsp | Powdered mustard | | 2
| tsp | Salt | | 5
| cup | Water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Drain beans, place in an ungreased 3 quart bean pot or casserole, and mix in all remaining ingredients. | | 3 | Cover tightly (use a double thickness of foil if casserole has no lid) and bake 5 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender and sauce thick. | | 4 | If mixture gets too dry before beans are done, stir in a little warm water. |
