Ingredients:
1 cupKasha
1 Egg
1/2 tspSalt
Pn Pepper
1 1/2 cupBoiling water
1 tbspButter
Procedures:
1Basics for new cooks:
2[kasha: aka buckwheat groats]
3in saucepan, combine kaska, egg, salt and pepper; cook over medium-low heat, stirring, for 3 minutes or until dry and kernels separate.
4Stir in water and butter; cover and cook, without stirring, for 10-12 minutes or until water is absorbed.
5Fluff kasha with fork.
