Ingredients:
4 cupWater
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupCornmeal
Procedures:
1Basics for new cooks: in large saucepan, bring water and salt to boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium.
2Gradually whisk in cornmeal; cook, stirring constantly, for 20-25 minutes or until thick enough to mound.
