Beef stir-fry with mushrooms & sweet pepper

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tspVegetable oil
1 lbsSteak
1 smallOnion
1 smallGreen bell pepper
1/4 lbsFresh mushrooms
1/4 tspMarjoram
1/4 tspThyme
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 cupWhite wine
1/2 cupBeef broth
1 tspCornstarch
1 tbspCold water
Procedures:
1Heat vegetable oil in wok over moderately high heat for 30 seconds.
2Add steak, cut into strips, and fry until no longer pink.
3Remove.
4add to wok at medium heat, 1 chopped onion, and chopped green pepper, fry for 1 minute.
5Mix in sliced mushrooms, marjoram, thyme and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
6raise heat to high and stir in white wine and boil, uncovered, for 1 minute.
7Add beef broth and simmer, covered, for 3-4 minutes.
8Blend, in a mix of cornstarch cold water.
9Stir until thickened, add previously cooked beef and cook 1 minute longer.
10serve over white rice.
