Ingredients:
1 lbsGreen beans, trimmed
1 tbspFresh parsley, chopped
2 tspLemon rind, grated
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tspExtra-virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Procedures:
1In saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, cook green beans for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain well combine parsley, lemon rind and garlic; toss with beans along with oil.
