Hamburger creole

Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
1 tspSalt
1 tbspMargarine
1 Thinly sliced onion
1 cupThinly sliced mushrooms
3/4 cupThinly sliced celry
1/4 cupSliced or cubed green pepper
Pepper to taste
2 1/4 canStewed tomatoes
1 tspSugar
Procedures:
1: mix half of the salt and pepper with the hamburger and form into 4 patties.
2: melt margarine in saucepan and brown patties on both sides.
3Remove patties and keep grease in saucepan.
4: add the onion, celry, green pepper, and mushrooms.
5Cook over low heat for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
6Stir in salt, peppper, sugar and tomatoes.
7Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and return patties to the saucepan.
8Cook for another 15 minutes.
9Serve over prepared macaroni noodles
