| cup | Light corn syrup -- or dark | | 1/2
| cup | Firmly packed light brown | | | Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Evaporated skim milk | | 1
| tsp | Butter | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon |

Procedures:
