Ingredients:

| | Yams or sweet potatoes, med | | 4
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 1/3
| cup | Brown sugar, firmly packed | | 3
| tbsp | Rum or orange juice | | 1/2
| cup | Raisins |

Procedures:
