Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all ingredients. | | 2 | Shape into 4 patties, about 3 ?inches in diameter. | | 3 | Place in square baking dish 8 x 8 x 2-inches. | | 4 | If desired, brush each patty with additonal catsup. | | 5 | Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) 5 minutes; turn dish one-quarter turn. | | 6 | Microwave until done, 2 to 3 minutes |
