Ingredients:

| lbs | Cauliflowettes | | 3
| | Eggs, beaten | | 1 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 2
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 1
| | Salt and pepper | | 1
| cup | Swiss cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blanch and drain cauliflower. | | 2 | Combine eggs, milk and butter. | | 3 | Salt and pepper to taste. | | 4 | Place the cauliflower in a 1 ?qt. casserole dish. | | 5 | Cover with grated cheese. | | 6 | (parmesan can be added) pour custard over top. | | 7 | Bake at 350°F for 35 min. or until set. | | 8 | Lisa crawley tspn00b |
