Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbsCauliflowettes
3 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cupMilk
2 tbspButter, melted
1 Salt and pepper
1 cupSwiss cheese, grated
Procedures:
1Blanch and drain cauliflower.
2Combine eggs, milk and butter.
3Salt and pepper to taste.
4Place the cauliflower in a 1 ?qt. casserole dish.
5Cover with grated cheese.
6(parmesan can be added) pour custard over top.
7Bake at 350°F for 35 min. or until set.
