Ingredients:

| tbsp | Margarine Or Butter | | 1
| tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce | | 1/4
| tbsp | Lemon Juice | | 1
| each | Clove Garlic, Minced | | 1
| each | Onion, Sliced, Small | | 1
| cup | Fresh Mushrooms, * | | 1
| lbs | Lean Ground Chuck | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tbsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | * mushrooms should be washed, trimmed and sliced. | | 2 | Melt the margarine in a large skillet. | | 3 | Add the worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, onion, and mushrooms. | | 4 | Cook and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes. | | 5 | Remove from the heat. | | 6 | Mix the meat, salt and pepper together. | | 7 | Shape the mixture into 4 patties, each about ?inch thick. | | 8 | Push mushroom-onion mixture to the side of the skillet. | | 9 | Cook the patties in the same skillet over medium-high heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 minutes. | | 10 | Serve with the mushroom-onion mixture spooned over the patties |
