Ingredients:
1 Head green cabbage
1 Green pepper
Salt
2 cupCubed potatoes
Zafrig (recipe separate)
Procedures:
1Select 1 firm head green cabbage and 1 green pepper.
2Cut cabbage into large cubes.
3Put cubes into large soup pot and barely cover with water.
4Halve the green pepper and put on top of cabbage.
5Salt to taste; boil until tender.
6Add 2 cups cubed potatoes.
7Cook until potatoes are tender.
8Pour over zafrig and simmer for 10 minutes.
