Ingredients:

| lbs | Carrots, cut into ?inch s | | 3/4
| cup | Creme fraiche | | 1/4
| cup | Dill, chopped | | 2
| tsp | Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | White wine | | | Salt and pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
