Ingredients:
1 lbsCarrots, cut into ?inch s
3/4 cupCreme fraiche
1/4 cupDill, chopped
2 tspSugar
1/2 cupWhite wine
Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedures:
1Simmer carrots in water until al dente".
2Drain and saute" in butter and sugar for about 2 minutes.
3Add salt, pepper, wine and bring to a boil.
4Remove from heat and stir in creme fraiche, return to heat and heat until slightly thickened.
5Stir in dill.
