Ingredients:
3 cupSliced yellow squash
1 tspMinced onion
1 tbspChopped fresh parsley
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspDried dillweed
1 tbspDry butter substitute
Procedures:
1Arrange squash and onion in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.
2Cover and steam 5 minutes or until tender.
3Remove from heat, and mash squash mixture.
4Add parsley, salt and dillweed; toss lightly.
5Sprinkle with butter substitute, and serve warm.
6Yield: 4 servings.
