Easy cheesey potato scallop

Ingredients:
2 cupThinly sliced cooked, peeled
Potatoes
1/2 cupFinely chopped onion
2 tbspAll-purpose flour
2 tbspCheese flavor sprinkles
Divided
1 1/2 tspParsley flakes
1/4 tspGround mustard powder
1/4 tspTable blen seasoning
3/4 cupSkim or lowfat milk, heated
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Coat 1-qt.
3Casserole or baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
4In a small bowl, blend together flour, 1 ?tablespoon cheese flavor sprinkles, parsley flakes, mustard and blend seasoning.
5Place a thin layer of potatoes in casserole.
6Top with a thin layer of chopped onion.
7Sprinkle with seasoned flour mixture.
8Repeat layers with seasoned flour mixture.
9Repeat the layers.
10Pour heated milk evenly over casserole mixture.
11Cover.
12Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
13Remove cover, continue baking 10 minutes, until potatoes are golden and sauce is thickened.
14Sprinkle with remaining ?teaspoon cheese sprinkles.
