Ingredients:

| cup | Thinly sliced cooked, peeled | | | Potatoes | | 1/2
| cup | Finely chopped onion | | 2
| tbsp | All-purpose flour | | 2
| tbsp | Cheese flavor sprinkles | | | Divided | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Parsley flakes | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground mustard powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Table blen seasoning | | 3/4
| cup | Skim or lowfat milk, heated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Coat 1-qt. | | 3 | Casserole or baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. | | 4 | In a small bowl, blend together flour, 1 ?tablespoon cheese flavor sprinkles, parsley flakes, mustard and blend seasoning. | | 5 | Place a thin layer of potatoes in casserole. | | 6 | Top with a thin layer of chopped onion. | | 7 | Sprinkle with seasoned flour mixture. | | 8 | Repeat layers with seasoned flour mixture. | | 9 | Repeat the layers. | | 10 | Pour heated milk evenly over casserole mixture. | | 11 | Cover. | | 12 | Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes. | | 13 | Remove cover, continue baking 10 minutes, until potatoes are golden and sauce is thickened. | | 14 | Sprinkle with remaining ?teaspoon cheese sprinkles. |
