Ingredients:

| cup | Diced, cooked potatoes | | 1
| cup | Chopped onion | | 3
| tbsp | Butter | | 3
| tbsp | Flour | | | Salt | | | Pepper | | 3
| cup | Milk | | 1 1/2
| cup | Chopped ham | | 1 1/2
| cup | Grated cheddar cheese | | 1
| | Small can cream-style corn |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large pan, cook potatoes and onion in boiling water until onions are tender. | | 2 | Drain liquid except for 1 cup which remains in the pan with the potato mixture. | | 3 | In small pan, melt butter. | | 4 | Stir in flour, salt and pepper. | | 5 | Add flour mixture to potatoes and onions. | | 6 | Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. | | 7 | (watch carefully to avoid mixture sticking to pan). | | 8 | Add milk, ham, cheese and cream-style corn. | | 9 | Stir over medium heat until cheese melts |
