| cup | Water | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1/4
| cup | Unsweetened Orange Juice | | 1/4

| tbsp | + 1 t. Margarine | | 2
| tsp | Chopped Fresh Parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine carrots & water in a large saucepan; cover & cook over medium heat 20 min. or until crisp-tender. | | 2 | Drain, reserving liquid; add enough water to liquid to measure 3 t. set carrots aside. | | 3 | Combine carrot liquid, cornstarch, orange juice, salt, pepper & margarine in large saucepan. | | 4 | Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 1 min. or until thickened. | | 5 | Add carrots, cook 1 min, stirring well. | | 6 | Spoon onto serving plates. | | 7 | Sprinkle with parsley. | | 8 | (fat Chol. | | 9 | 0). |
