Ingredients:
1 lbsMushrooms
1 tspEach butter & Vegetable oil
1 tbspSoy sauce
2 Whole green onions, sliced
2 tspFinely grated gingerroot
Freshly ground black pepper
Procedures:
1Clean mushrooms and slice.
2Set aside.
3In a large frying pan, heat butter and oil over medium heat.
4Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients.
5Saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
6Serve with grilled steak or chicken.
