Ginger green beans

Ingredients:
1 lbsGreen or yellow beans
-trimmed
1 tbspSesame oil
1 tspGingerroot, grated
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/3 cupChicken stock
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 cupToasted slivered almonds
Procedures:
1Remove stem ends from beans; cut in half.
2In deep skillet, heat oil, ginger and garlic over medium heat for 1 minute or until fragrant.
3Add chicken stock, salt and pepper; bring to boil.
4Add beans; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until bright green and tender-crisp.
5Sprinkle with almonds.
