Glutinous rice

Ingredients:
3 lbsGlutinous rice
3 cupCoconut milk
1 tbspSalt
1 cupSugar
2 Fresh mangos (optional)
Procedures:
1Soak the rice overnight in cold water.
2Drain the rice and then steam it for 20 minutes.
3While the rice is cooking, bring the other ingredients to a boil in a suitable saucepan.
4Put the steamed rice in a large bowl and pour the coconut milk mixture over it.
5Mix well.
6Let it stand for a while so the rice can absorb the liquid.
7You may then eat it as is, or, as we prefer, introduce large chunks of freshly peeled mango fruit.
