1 Fresh Orange
1 Recipe Bechamel Sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 cupCashew Nuts, chopped
Procedures:
1Steam asparagus.
2Section orange; cut sections into lg.
3Pieces.
4Add to bechamel sauce; mix well.
5Arrange asparagus in serving dish; sprinkle with salt.
6Pour sauce over asparagus; sprinkle with nuts.
