Ingredients:

| can | Artichoke hearts (14 oz) | | 1/2
| cup | Pace Picante Sauce | | | -OR | | 1/2
| cup | Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa | | 3/4
| cup | Mayonnaise (light or reg) | | 1
| cup | Freshly grated Parmesan |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain and chop artichoke hearts. | | 2 | Mix with pace, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. | | 3 | Spread into a pie plate or ovenproof casserole. | | 4 | Bake at 350°F. | | 5 | For 20 minutes or until hot. | | 6 | For a festive touch, sprinkle with chopped red bell peppers and fresh cilantro. | | 7 | Place on a tray and surround with crackers, chips or vegetable dippers. |
