Ingredients:

| cup | Mayonnaise | | 3
| cup | Mixed fresh greens, such as | | | -spinach, parsley | | | -watercress, or | | | Fresh dill, washed and | | | -patted dry | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped green onion | | 1
| | Clove Garlic, minced | | 1
| cup | Sour Cream or yogurt | | 1
| dash | Hot pepper sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mixed fresh vegetables, such as radishes, green onions, celery or turnip sticks, boiled and chilled small new potatoes, blanched carrots, cauliflower and broccoli pieces. | | 2 | Combine mayonnaise, mixed greens, onion and garlic in food processor or blender. | | 3 | Puree until smooth. | | 4 | Spoon into mixing bowl. | | 5 | Stir in sour cream and blend well. | | 6 | Season with hot pepper sauce. | | 7 | Chill overnight. | | 8 | Serve with vegetables. | | 9 | Makes 2 ?cups. |
