Dubliner dip with rustic vegetables

Ingredients:
1 cupMayonnaise
3 cupMixed fresh greens, such as
-spinach, parsley
-watercress, or
Fresh dill, washed and
-patted dry
1/4 cupChopped green onion
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 cupSour Cream or yogurt
1 dashHot pepper sauce
Procedures:
1Mixed fresh vegetables, such as radishes, green onions, celery or turnip sticks, boiled and chilled small new potatoes, blanched carrots, cauliflower and broccoli pieces.
2Combine mayonnaise, mixed greens, onion and garlic in food processor or blender.
3Puree until smooth.
4Spoon into mixing bowl.
5Stir in sour cream and blend well.
6Season with hot pepper sauce.
7Chill overnight.
8Serve with vegetables.
