Ingredients:
-Pam Coombes
1/2 lbsGrd beef
1/2 packSpaghetti sauce mix
1 15oz can tomato sauce
12 ozCheddar cheese, shredded
4 ozMozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbspCornstarch
1/2 cupChianti
Italian bread cubes
Procedures:
1Brown ground beef in saucepan.
2Drain.
3Combine beef with spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce in fondue pot.
4Add cheeses gradually, stirring over low heat until cheese is melted.
5Blend cornstarch and chianti together; add to cheese mixture.
6Cook, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
7Serve as dip with italian bread cubes.
