Ingredients:
2 tbspOnion -- Chopped
3 tbspParsley -- Chopped
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper -- To taste
12 dashTabasco sauce
16 ozCream Cheese -- Room Temp.
3 canClams, canned -- Minced
1 eachSheepherder Bread -- Round
Large
(or sourdough bread round)
1 eachFrench Bread -- Baguette
Procedures:
1Drain clams, reserving ?c. of liquid.
2With electric mixer (not food processor), mix together all ingredients except bread.
3Slice top off of bread round.
4Hollow out bread.
5Fill with dip and replace top.
6Wrap tightly in foil.
7Bake at 250°F for 3 hours
