Ingredients:

| tbsp | Onion -- Chopped | | 3
| tbsp | Parsley -- Chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | | | Salt and pepper -- To taste | | 12
| dash | Tabasco sauce | | 16
| oz | Cream Cheese -- Room Temp. | | 3
| can | Clams, canned -- Minced | | 1
| each | Sheepherder Bread -- Round | | | Large | | | (or sourdough bread round) | | 1
| each | French Bread -- Baguette |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain clams, reserving ?c. of liquid. | | 2 | With electric mixer (not food processor), mix together all ingredients except bread. | | 3 | Slice top off of bread round. | | 4 | Hollow out bread. | | 5 | Fill with dip and replace top. | | 6 | Wrap tightly in foil. | | 7 | Bake at 250°F for 3 hours |
