Hummus (chick pea dip)

Ingredients:
2 cupChick peas, drained
-(canned or fresh cooked)
2/3 cupTahina paste
-(ground sesame seeds)
3/4 cupLemon juice
2 Garlic cloves, mashed
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspCumin
Parsley, for garnish
Procedures:
1Place chick peas, tahina, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cumin in food processor.
2Mix until smooth.
3Place in a jar and refrigerate.
4Just before serving sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
5Add more garlic if dessired.
6If you want this thinner to serve as a dip, add more lemon juice.
