Ingredients:
15 ozChickpeas
2 tbspFresh lemon juice
1/2 cupSesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cupOnion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 tspOlive oil
2 tspGround cumin
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
Procedures:
1Drain the chick peas, reserving ?cup of the liquid.
2Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor.
3Process until smooth, adding the reserved liquid if needed to thin the mixture.
4Refrigerate for several hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend
