Ingredients:
1/2 cupLow fat sour cream
2 tbspLow fat margarine
1 tbspSkim milk
1 tbspHorseradish
1/2 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 tspHot sauce
1 8 oz tub lo fat cream cheese
1 cup4 oz shredded lo fat cheddar
Cheese (sharp)
1/2 lbsFresh lump crabmeat, drained
1/8 tspPaprika
Procedures:
1Position knife blade in food processor; add first 8 ingredients.
2Process until smooth.
3Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in cheese and crab.
4Cover and chill.
5Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted crackers or vegetables.
6Makes: 3 ?cups calories per 1 tablespoon: 18 (fat, .9 gram)
