| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Hot sauce | | 1
| | 8 oz tub lo fat cream cheese | | 1
| cup | 4 oz shredded lo fat cheddar | | | Cheese (sharp) | | 1/2
| lbs | Fresh lump crabmeat, drained | | 1/8
| tsp | Paprika |

Procedures:
