Ingredients:
8 ozCream cheese
2 tbspMilk
1/2 cupSour cream
1/4 cupGreen pepper, finely chopped
1 tbspInstant minced onion
1/2 tspGarlic salt
2 1/2 ozDried beef, chopped, 1 jar
1/2 cupPecans, coarsely chopped
2 tspButter
1/2 tspSalt
VARIATION
8 ozCream cheese
1/2 cupSour cream
2 tbspDry Onion Soup mix
2 tbspMilk
2 1/2 ozDried beef, 1 jar
1 canDeviled ham
Procedures:
1Blend softened cream cheese, milk and sour cream.
2Add green pepper, onion and garlic salt.
3Fold in dried beef.
4Put into 8-inch pie pan.
5In small pan, melt butter, add salt and pecans.
6Heat.
7Sprinkle pecans over above mixture.
8Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
9Serve hot with crackers.
10Serves 10-12.
11prepare variation recipe same way and top with pecan butter mixture.
