Ingredients:
1/2 cupOnion, chopped
1/2 cupCelery, chopped
2 tbspOleo
1 cupRice
1 packBroccoli, frozen
1 canSoup, cream of mushroom
1 canSoup, cream of chicken
1/2 lbsPasteurized process cheese
Procedures:
1Servings: 6
2saute onion and celery in oleo until soft.
3Cook rice and broccoli sepa- rately according to package directions.
4Mix all ingredients together in a two-quart baking dish.
5Bake at 375°F. for 30 to 40 minutes.
6this may be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
