Ingredients:

1/2 cupHoney
1/4 cupSoy sauce, plus 1 tablespoon
1/4 cupPickled Ginger juice, from
- CM Pickled Ginger recipe
1/4 tsp-China Moon Ten Spice, see

Procedures:
1Makes 1 cup.
2Combine all of the ingredients in a small non-aluminum saucepan.
3Heat, stirring, over low heat until the honey dissolves, 3 to 4 minutes.
4Store, refrigerated, in a clean container.
5Warm over low heat to a liquid consistency before using.
