3 Ripe Haas avocados*
1 smallRed onion, peeled and diced
1 Jalapenos, or 2, to taste**
1 bn Cilantro leaves***
2 Limes, juiced
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Procedures:
1*peeled and mashed
2**chopped finely (seeds optional)
3***up to 2 bunches to taste; washed, dried and roughly chopped
