Ingredients:

| lbs | Beef top round | | | -- cut in thin strips | | 3
| tbsp | Teriyaki sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Oil (divided) | | 2
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| | Green pepper | | | -- cut into ?inch slices | | 2
| | Carrots, sliced | | | -- pre-cooked tender crisp | | 6
| | Green onions | | | -- cut into 2-inch slices | | 3/4
| cup | Roasted & chopped hazelnuts | | | -- (Oregon hazelnuts) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon oil and cornstarch. | | 2 | Add beef strips and marinate 30 minutes. | | 3 | Drain beef (reserve marinade), and add to hot oil in skillet. | | 4 | Add vegetables and cook until meat is done and vegetables are tender crisp. | | 5 | Add rest of marinade and cook until thickened. | | 6 | Top with hazelnuts and serve. | | 7 | * cookfdn brings you this recipe with permission |
