Zesty mixed cucumber and sour cream dip

Ingredients:

BURPEES EARLY SUMMER GARDEN
4 Pickling cucumbers, 4-5"
-long, peeled & finely diced
2 smallDill pickles, 3" long
-finely diced
1/4 cupScallions, finely minced
1 medGarlic clove, peeled, mashed
1 tbspRed wine vinegar
1/2 cupSour cream
1/4 cupMayonnaise, preferably home-
-made
Salt
Black pepper
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
2Season with salt and pepper, cover, and let stand at room temp for 1-2 hrs.
3To develop flavor.
4Serve with an assortment of spring vegetables as a crudite
