Ingredients:
1 lbsBoneless Elk/Deer round stk
1/4 cupFlour
2 tbspMargarine or butter
1/2 cupBoiling water
1 tspSalt
2 Or 3 green peppers
1/2 cupPineapple chunks
SAUCE
2 1/2 tbspCornstarch
1/2 cupPineapple juice
1/4 cupVinegar
1/4 cupSugar
1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
Procedures:
1Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and dredge with flour.
2Brown meat cubes on all sides in hot fat.
3Add water and salt.
4Simmer gently until meat is tender.
5Clean green peppers and cut into 1-inch squares.
6Boil 10 minutes and drain.
7Add pepper squares and pneapple chunks to browned meat.
8Sauce: combine cornstarch, pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce and cook until sauce is clear and thick.
9Pour sauce over meat mixture and simmer 5 minutes.
10Serve over chinese noodles or cooked rice.
