Ingredients:

| lbs | Pork sausage | | 3
| cup | Hot cooked rice | | 2
| cup | (8oz) sharp cheddar cheese | | | Shredded & divided | | 1
| | Can cream of mushroom soup | | 1
| | Can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms- | | | Drained | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 3
| | Eggs, lightly beaten | | 2
| tsp | Creole mustard | | 1/4
| tsp | Onion powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook sausage in medium skillet over medium-high heat until well done; stir to crumble. | | 2 | Drain. | | 3 | Combine rice and 1 ?cups of the cheese in medium bowl. | | 4 | Spread evenly in buttered 12x8 inch baking dish. | | 5 | Sprinkle sausage over rice mixture. | | 6 | Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, in small bowl. | | 7 | Pour over sausage. | | 8 | Sprinkle remaining ?cup cheese over-top. | | 9 | Bake at 350f 40 to 45 minutes or until set. |
