| cup | Macaroni, cooked | | 1
| cup | Mushrooms, drained | | 1
| cup | Cottage cheese | | 1/4
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/4
| cup | Spaghetti sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Basil | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Dry mustard | | | Breadcrumbs (opt) | | | Grated cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Saute sausage meat till light brown. | | 3 | Drain fat, separate meat with fork, set aside. | | 4 | Saute onion, garlic & mushrooms. | | 5 | Add sausage meat, spices. | | 6 | Stir in sauce. | | 7 | Add macaroni & stir. | | 8 | Arrange alternate layers of macaroni-meat mixture and cottage cheese; ending with meat. | | 9 | Top with bread crumbs & cheese if desired. | | 10 | Bake at 350f for 25-30 min. serves:4 |
