Sausage pilaf

Ingredients:
1 lbsBulk pork sausage
1 cupChopped celery
1/2 cupChopped onion
1/2 cupChopped green bell pepper
1 canCream of mushroom soup
-condensed, * see note
1 1/4 cupMilk
1/2 cupRice, uncooked
1/2 tspPoultry seasoning
1/4 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.
2Add celery, onion, and green pepper; cook until tender but not brown.
3Pour into ungreased 1 ?quart casserole dish.
4Stir in soup, milk, rice and seasonings.
5bake, covered, in 350f oven for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally; then bake uncovered 20 minutes longer.
6notes : * or cream of chicken, celery, cheddar cheese, whatever.
