| tsp | Confectioners' Sugar | | 1
| each | Clove Garlic, Split | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| dash | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all of the ingredients in a jar. | | 2 | Cover; shake vigorously. | | 3 | Chill to blend flavors, about 2 hours. | | 4 | Remove the garlic and shake again just before serving. | | 5 | Makes 1 ?cups of dressing. |
