Ingredients:

2 lbsRound steak, cut into ?/td>
Inch cubes
3 tbspOil
1 largeOnion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
3 tbspFlour
3 ozCan of mushrooms, undrained
1/2 cupChopped celery
1 cupSour cream
8 ozTomato sauce
1 tspSalt
Pepper
Chopped celery, for garnish
Chopped chives, for garnish
Procedures:
1In a large saucepan, heat oil.
2Add beef.
3Brown.
4Add onion and garlic.
5Cook, stirring, until onions are transparent.
6Add flour, stirring until beef cubes are coated.
7Add mushrooms with juice and celery.
8In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
9Mix well.
10Pour over meat.
11Toss well.
12Remove from heat.
13Turn mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.cover.
14Bake at 325°F for 1 ?to 1 ?hours until meat is tender.
15Sprinkle with chopped celery and chives.
