Ingredients:

| tbsp | White wine vinegar | | 1
| tsp | Dijon mustard | | 1/4
| tsp | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Chives, minced | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley, minced | | 2
| tbsp | Dill, chopped | | 3
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 2
| tbsp | "Lite" sour cream | | | Salt and pepper, to taste |
