| cup | Melted margarine | | 1/2
| cup | Onion, chopped (to taste) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook potatoes about 20 min or until soft enough to mash. | | 2 | Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend well. | | 3 | Taste. | | 4 | Divide into meal-sized portions (extra may be frozen). | | 5 | Re-heat in microwave or oven a few minutes before serving. |
