Ingredients:

| cup | Mustard powder ?c Beer or ale (flat or fresh) | | 1/4
| cup | Cold water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Whisk the mustard together with the cold water in a medium sized bowl & set aside for 10 minutes. | | 2 | Stir in the beer & mix thoroughly. | | 3 | Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to six months. | | 4 | This mustard makes an excellent addition to salad dressings. | | 5 | "vegetarian gourmet" winter, 1995 |
