Shrimp casserole

Ingredients:
3 lbsShrimp
1 Box of yellow rice
1 largeOnion
1 Stick of butter
1 canCream of mushroom soup
1 canRo-Tel tomatoes
Procedures:
1Cook rice as directed on the package.
2Saute the large onion and shrimp in butter until the shrimp turn pink.
3Add the cream of mushroom soup, ro-tel tomatoes and cooked rice to shrimp and onion.
4Mix all ingredients together and pour into the pan.
5Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour.
