Ingredients:

| lbs | Shrimp | | 1
| | Box of yellow rice | | 1
| large | Onion | | 1
| | Stick of butter | | 1
| can | Cream of mushroom soup | | 1
| can | Ro-Tel tomatoes |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook rice as directed on the package. | | 2 | Saute the large onion and shrimp in butter until the shrimp turn pink. | | 3 | Add the cream of mushroom soup, ro-tel tomatoes and cooked rice to shrimp and onion. | | 4 | Mix all ingredients together and pour into the pan. | | 5 | Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour. | | 6 | Randy rigg |
