Hearty venison soup

Ingredients:
4 tbspCorn oil
1 lbsSweet Italian sausage
3 cupWater
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 cupCelery, sliced
1 lbsVenison, cubed
28 ozCan tomatoes
1 cupChopped onions
2 Potatoes, peeled, cubed
Procedures:
1In large kettle, heat oil, add venison, and brown all sides.
2Remove meat with a slotted spoon and set aside.
3Add sausage, sliced, to kettle and brown on all sides.
4Drain off drippings.
5Add tomatoes (broken up with a spoon), water, onion, worcestershire sauce, and browned venison.
6Heat to boiling.
7Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook until almost tender - about 1 ?hours.
8Add cubed potatoes and sliced celery and simmer until vegetables and meat are tender, about 1 hour more
