Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsLean Ground Beef
1 cupBeer Or Bouillon, Any Brand
1/4 cupOnion, Chopped, 1 Sm
1 tspCaraway Seed, Optional
1/4 tspPepper
3 Slices Rye Bread, Torn Up
1 Egg, Lg
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspCelery Seed
Procedures:
1Heat the oven to 350 °F.
2Mix all of the ingredients together.
3Spread the mixture into an ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
4Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 ?hours.
5Drain off the excess fat and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
