Apricot filled sugar cookies

Ingredients:
1 cupSugar
1/2 cupMargarine
2 tbspMilk
1 Egg
2 1/2 cupFlour
1/2 tspBaking Soda
1/4 tspNutmeg
12 tspApricot Fruit Filling
Procedures:
1Mix all together except filling to make a soft dough.
2Roll out 1/8" thick and cut out 48 3" round cookies.
3Place /t of filling on the top of 24 rounds.
4Cover each with another round, crimp edges and make a slit on top.
5Bake 10-12 minutes in a 375°F preheated oven.
6Makes 24 cookies.
